Enrollment Information

Application to the Hesston Community Child Care Center can be made at any time, by contacting the Director - (620) 327-3775. Children are admitted as space becomes available.  A meeting with the Director is required before the child begins care. Parents and children are invited to come for a pre-registration visit to meet the staff and observe the school.  

Enrollment Materials:

• Child Care Enrollment Agreement
• Health Assessment Form
• Authorization for Emergency Medical Care
• Contract for Services
• CACFP enrollment form and confidential statement of family income for the Center's participation in the Child Care Food Program
• Permission for off-premises walking trips
• Consent for Intergenerational interactions and consent to photograph.

Meet with Director to:

• Sign a contract for the desired days of care
• Pay the $10 enrollment fee (to cover cost of materials)
• Pay the cost of the first two weeks
