Hesston Community Child Care Staff
We strive to have teachers that meet the qualifications in keeping with the Academy of Early Childhood National Accreditation, as well as State requirements for licensing . Each member also exhibits skill and interest in working with children. Each teacher is required to attend 10 - 14 hours of in-service training each year. Our full time staff average over 5 years at the center.
HCCC employs 30 staff members. We also have an average of 5-7 senior volunteers at the Intergenerational facility, most of whom are grandparents . |
