Enrollment Information
Application to the Hesston Community Child Care Center can be made at any time, by contacting the
Director Judy Friesen at (620) 327-3775.
Children are admitted as space becomes available.
A meeting with the Director is required before the child begins care. Parents and children are invited to come for a pre-registration visit to meet the staff and observe the school.
Enrollment Materials:
- Child Care Enrollment Agreement
- Health Assessment Form
- Authorization for Emergency Medical Care
- Contract for Services
- CACFP enrollment form and confidential statement of family income for the Center's participation in the Child Care Food Program
- Permission for off-premises walking trips
- Consent for intergenerational interactions and consent to have your child photographed during daily activities
- Parents also receive a Parent Handbook with all the policies
The contract is renewed each year and can be changed at any time by notifying the Director in writing.
Meet with Director to:
Sign a contract for the desired days of care
Pay the $10 enrollment fee (to cover cost of materials)
Pay the cost of the first two weeks
Fees are outlined on the next page.
