Hesston Community Child Care
Enrollment & Waitlist
Enrollment
At the time of enrollment, all parents must meet with the Director to sign a financial contract for the desired days of care they will need. Contracts are renewed each year in August and can be changed at any time with a two week notice by notifying the director in writing. Sibling discounts, scholarships, and subsidy assistance are all discussed and given at yearly enrollment meetings.
KDHE requires that all enrollment paperwork must be completed and turned into the center prior to a child's first day of attendance. Documents required includes an up-to-date immunization record and health assessment completed by a licensed physician for each child. Parents are also required to sign-up in our childcare system, Procare. This is where parent messages, emergency alerts, billing, and attendance are communicated.
